Responsibilities

Lead a talented team of designers responsible for developing new power distribution products

Mentor engineers across various disciplines, including embedded software, mechanical design, electrical engineering, and standards development

Partner with design engineers in creation of previously non-existent products or modification of existing products

Work with customers and sales to refine technical specs that can lead to the creation of novel industry solutions

Coordinate testing to various industry standards to ensure reliability of products; direct projects, setting the agenda for meetings and timelines for completion of steps and monitor progress of team

Oversee information systems program, plans and procedures
