Responsibilities

Research, write and publish well-sourced new digital content in support of SEO, GEO and LLM strategies such as financial guides that empower readers to take action

Act as digital editor-in-chief of non-product & service content such as support articles, user guides, financial wellness/literacy content, press releases, corporate social responsibility, investor relations and legal policies

Measure, analyze and optimize existing engagement content libraries for improvement in SEO, GEO and LLM references

Maintain editorial calendars for all audiences across all digital publications for engagement content

Supervise content supply chain for new editorial content across teams, stakeholders and content creators

Collaborate across teams to govern and refine our voice, tone and vocabulary

Create, manage and analyse financial advisor and office location information across client’s web page and third-party listing providers
