Responsibilities

Conduct day-to-day analysis, provide customer facing IT operations, and fulfill departmental workload in the form of Incidents and Tasks
Engages senior team members to resolve operational issues in a timely manner and works to develop new skills through mentorship and escalations
Participates on small projects to assist in technical implementation or troubleshooting for net new or expanding efforts at the hospital. Project work is typically well-defined and well documented
Identifies process improvements that help drive optimization and simplification in how we support the hospital

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study and 1-2 years' experience or
High School diploma, or equivalent, and 5-7 years' experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in customer support and/or Technical Support

CompTIA Server+
MCSA or CCNA certification
