Responsibilities

Should have good understanding on Routing, switching, MPLS, Wireless, SDN, SD-WAN, F5, DNS
Should have advance level of knowledge on Routing protocols BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, Switching concept of VLAN, VXLAN, zscaler & IPSec, Switching concept of spanning-tree
Should have analytical knowledge to identify repetitive incident and identify the root cause
Should have knowledge on ticketing tool Service-Now and monitoring tool Solarwinds & NetBrain
Troubleshoot the network and rectify the hardware faults
Monitor the network performance on a daily basis
Should be proactive on communication channel
Be quick to respond and escalate the tickets
Thorough knowledge on Incident management, Problem management & Change management process
Work in collaboration with the network engineering teams closely with the Design & Engineering teams and Roll out innovative ideas that can help in reducing the network problems
Collaborate & Mentor the team

Qualification

JNCIA/JNCIP/JNCIE/CCNP/CCIERoutingSwitchingRouting ProtocolsService-NowSolarwindsNetBrainAnalytical SkillsCommunication SkillsTeam CollaborationMentoring

Required

JNCIA/JNCIP/JNCIE/CCNP/CCIE certified or equivalent level of knowledge
