New Grad, Entry LevelNautical Boat Club is a rapidly growing boat membership company with locations expanding across South Carolina and Georgia. They are seeking motivated and energetic Manager-in-Training (MIT) candidates to gain hands-on experience in leadership, operations, customer service, and business management while working in a fast-paced outdoor marina environment.

Responsibilities
Learn day-to-day business and marina operations
Assist with team leadership, scheduling, and supervision
Deliver exceptional customer and member experiences
Support sales, marketing, and member engagement efforts
Learn basic financial tracking and operational reporting
Maintain safety standards and operational excellence
Work outdoors around boats and water in a team environment
Qualification
Required
Senior or recent graduate from the University of South Carolina preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
Comfortable working weekends and outdoors
Preferred
Business, marketing, hospitality, management, or related majors a plus
Boating experience helpful, but not required (training provided)
