5+ years expExyte is seeking a Senior Architect who will work with multiple stakeholders to guide the architectural team during the design and construction process. This role involves training and developing Architectural Designers, reviewing architectural drawings, and collaborating with design teams to ensure successful project deliverables.

Responsibilities
Trains and develops Architectural Designers in all processes/procedures/standards
Coordinates, guides, and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problems
Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination
Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications
Maintains primary accountability for all architectural designs, sharing design responsibility
Mentors Interns and junior members of project teams
Participates in the development of office standards and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required
5+ years of experience
Architectural License (AIA) required
Preferred
Master's in Architecture preferred
Nation Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certificate recommended
Revit experience is highly desirable
Previous experience with large projects helpful, but not necessary
Experience with SketchUp/Formit is desirable
Executing projects utilizing Autodesk Building System Software
Experience with Design-Build a plus
Experience managing teams utilizing Autodesk Building Systems Software Experience with Design-Build a plus
