They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Athletic Market through outbound prospecting and relationship building with key decision-makers across various sports organizations.

Responsibilities

Proactively prospect and promote Grid product offerings to athletics organizations within your territory

Collaborate with the Director of Athletics and internal departments to gain deep product and industry knowledge

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, general contractors, athletic directors, coaches, general managers, and facility managers

Manage public bids, monitor Google Alerts, and respond to referrals and website inquiries at a rapid speed

Identify and attend networking events and trade shows to expand market presence

Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to deliver best-in-class solutions

Partner closely with project management and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution

Required

Sports-minded with an athletic background or experience in the athletic industry

Ability to travel: valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required

Home Office or environment free of distractions

Intermediate proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint, Adobe, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
