Maintaining the health and availability of a world-class trading ecosystem
Responding to support requests from traders and software engineers
Liaising with exchanges and clearing firms to resolve technical issues
Onboarding new trading desks, systems, and technologies
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years' experience in trade support, site reliability engineering, or related fields
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, troubleshooting tools)
Experience in production Kubernetes environments
Familiarity with trading platforms & financial markets
Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation
Excellent communication skills and ability to perform under pressure
