Responsibilities
Lead big projects, create plans and collaborate with multiple departments on delivery
Design and implement work, build reports and proposals, bid review and prepare project work
Lead large scale complex technical projects within pork and packaged meat industry
Oversight of design, development and implementation of innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience (2+ years of those in leadership)
Must have knowledge of installation and construction project scheduling experience
Candidate will have to be proficient in AutoCAD
Fluent in Engineering design, material specs, project cost estimates, feasibility studies and economic analysis
