Responsibilities

Own the Sephora Newsroom end-to-end, including editorial planning, writing, editing, and managing content distributed to corporate employees

Lead integrated internal communication campaigns that build awareness of key initiatives and strengthen employee engagement across the organization

Bring a fresh, creative lens to storytelling, championing innovative ways to use digital channels, multimedia, and visual design to elevate internal narratives

Manage and enhance intranet content (LumApps), including publishing, organizing, and optimizing pages, documents, videos, and other media

Draft, edit, and publish content for our weekly all-employee newsletter, ensuring stories are timely, relevant, and aligned to editorial standards

Partner closely with internal branding and video teams to concept and develop graphics, visuals, and video content that support impactful storytelling

Consult with business partners across the organization to pitch and source stories, advise on communication strategies, and support ad-hoc announcements or campaigns

Required

3-5 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and craft engaging narratives (portfolio preferred)

A strategic mindset with demonstrated creativity in shaping employee experience and internal engagement

Experience managing intranet platforms (LumApps preferred) and familiarity with email or digital publishing tools such as SharePoint, Mailchimp, or similar

Experience managing relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, with exposure to event production and cross-functional project management

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Box); Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus

Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities
