Responsibilities

Own and drive business requirements across the full Opportunity → Quote → Order → Fulfillment lifecycle
Partner with business stakeholders to understand current-state pain points and design future-state solutions
Work with CPQ and Order Management platforms to support process improvements and system enhancements
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations across CRM, CPQ, ServiceNow, and ERP systems
Support UAT planning and execution , ensuring solutions meet business expectations
Act as a trusted bridge between business users and delivery teams

Required

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application environments
Hands-on knowledge of CPQ solutions, such as: Steelbrick CPQ, Callidus CPQ, ServiceNow SOM (Service Order Management)
Solid understanding of end-to-end Opportunity-to-Order (O2O) processes
Experience working with one or more of the following platforms: Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP
Excellent communication skills-able to work with both business and technical teams
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup

Preferred

Experience with system integrations across CPQ, CRM, and ERP platforms
Exposure to large-scale or global enterprise implementations
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
