Responsibilities
Develop a coherent execution strategy and implementation plan
Develop project plans in support of business transformation
Lead cross-functional execution to ensure project means timelines
Performs regular reviews of project status and makes corrections as necessary
Develop KPI in line with growth strategy
Build dashboards and cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) for KPIs; translate insights into action across sites/regions
Ensures sound operational processes and procedures are developed and documented
Present recommendations and report outcomes to senior leaders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
12 + years in an aftermarket/parts/services growth role within an industrial business
5 + years of prior aftermarket experience in building strategy
Ability to travel 20-25% globally
Preferred
Strong understanding of Aftermarket business and growth levers
Project management experience in a global setting
Strong analytical, financial, and management skills
Excellent communication and executive presence
