Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting with acute, urgent, and emergent conditions
Perform patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on acuity
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient responses
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective care
Accurately document patient care using Client 6.0 or other electronic medical records
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and emergency protocols
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
Qualification
Required
Active RN license in good standing
Recent Emergency Room (ER) experience required
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and take required call shifts
Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
Preferred
Previous travel nurse experience strongly preferred
Experience with Client 6.0 preferred
