Responsibilities

Process mailing list data following client work orders and schedules

Import and cleanse mailing list data using DB management tools

Utilize postal industry software for CASS, NCOA, Enhanced Merge/Purge, and Presort operations

Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and address issues

Coordinate with production managers in other departments to facilitate workflow

Manage PostalOne! submission rejections and implement necessary corrections or workarounds

Make recommendations to management on process improvement

Work with Team Lead to resolve issues

Required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the direct mail industry

Well-versed in BCC Mail Manager

Knowledge of USPS regulations

Experience with various database management tools

Ability to process mailing list data following client work orders and schedules

Experience importing and cleansing mailing list data using DB management tools

Utilization of postal industry software for CASS, NCOA, Enhanced Merge/Purge, and Presort operations

Collaboration with account managers to understand client requirements and address issues

Coordination with production managers in other departments to facilitate workflow

Management of PostalOne! submission rejections and implementation of necessary corrections or workarounds

Making recommendations to management on process improvement

3+ years of experience as a Data Specialist in the Direct Mail industry

Proficient in BCC Mail Manager, CASS, NCOA, Merge-Purge, and USPS regulations

Strong knowledge of DB management tools and WindowBook

Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy

Ability to self-manage data production and prioritize workload

Excellent problem-solving skills based on industry experience

Strong PC skills and technical aptitude

Experience working with XML data

Experience managing/manipulating data in MS Excel, MS Access and MS SQL Server
