Responsibilities
Maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
Ensure the security and integrity of all systems and data
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Assist in implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field of study, or equivalent experience, plus 5 years of relevant work experience
Active Secret Clearance or equivalent
Strong knowledge of server administration
Strong experience with Windows
Experience with Dell Power Protect Data Management
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
