Senior HubSpot Developer

They are seeking a Senior HubSpot Developer to own the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot across various business functions, ensuring scalable solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations (setup → migration → go-live)
Configure:
CRM objects (standard & custom)
Pipelines, deal stages, and lifecycle stages
Properties and data models
Build and maintain:
Workflows (automation, lead routing, notifications)
Forms, landing pages, email templates (technical setup, not copywriting)
Reporting dashboards and custom reports
Implement and maintain HubSpot integrations with:
Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, Zapier, custom APIs, data warehouses, etc
Work with:
HubSpot APIs
Webhooks
Middleware (Zapier, Make, Segment, Tray.io)
Coordinate data sync logic, field mapping, and error handling
Lead CRM data migration (CSV, API-based, legacy CRM)
Clean, normalize, deduplicate, and validate data
Ensure GDPR/compliance-friendly data handling
Translate business requirements from:
Marketing
Sales
RevOps
Customer Success
Act as the technical authority for HubSpot decisions
Document solutions and provide internal enablement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Software Development
2–5+ years hands-on HubSpot experience
Proven experience implementing HubSpot CRM
Proven experience implementing Marketing Hub
Proven experience implementing Sales Hub
Solid understanding of CRM data architecture
Solid understanding of Relational data models
Solid understanding of Automation logic
Experience with APIs & webhooks
Experience with JSON / REST
Comfortable working with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
Strong understanding of Lead lifecycle management
Strong understanding of Attribution models
Strong understanding of Sales funnel mechanics
Strong understanding of RevOps best practices
Ability to recommend best-practice solutions
English level (written & verbal) - Intermediate
Preferred
HubSpot certifications strongly preferred: HubSpot CMS
HubSpot certifications strongly preferred: Marketing Software
HubSpot certifications strongly preferred: Sales Software
HubSpot Operations Hub (custom code actions)
JavaScript / Python (for integrations or custom automation)
Experience in B2B SaaS environments
Experience replacing Salesforce or legacy CRMs
Consulting or agency background
International / multi-region CRM setups
