Customer Account Manager
SIO Logistics is a premier third-party logistics and truckload shipping company dedicated to delivering optimized transportation solutions. They are seeking a Customer Account Manager to develop new business, manage customer accounts, and provide exceptional service through effective communication and account management.
Responsibilities
Build a Book of Business: Establish and grow a portfolio of client accounts through targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives
Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify, pursue, and close new business to drive revenue growth
Manage and Nurture Customer Accounts: Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through personalized, proactive account management
Maintain Effective Communication: Provide clear, consistent, and responsive communication to address customer needs and concerns
Ensure Excellent Account Management: Deliver high-quality service and support to promote customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Qualification
Required
Proven Logistics Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in third-party logistics or freight brokerage sales
Strong Sales Drive and Problem-Solving Skills: Highly motivated with the ability to think critically and resolve challenges efficiently
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset
Business Development and Relationship-Building Ability: Proven capability to generate new business and cultivate long-term customer relationships
Independent and Team-Oriented Work Style: Self-motivated, accountable, and collaborative
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Preferred, Not Required: Higher education is beneficial but not mandatory
Logistics Industry Experience a Plus: Familiarity with logistics or transportation is advantageous
Technical Proficiency and Willingness to Learn: Comfortable with software tools and eager to adopt new technologies
