As a Part-Time Office & IT Support Intern, you will assist with day-to-day office operations and entry-level IT/help desk responsibilities, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Restock office supplies and maintain organization of shared spaces

Assist with receiving, labeling, and tracking incoming equipment

Prepare and stage laptops and devices for deployment

Support basic office organization and logistics tasks as needed

Wipe/reset and prepare new or returned computers (Windows/macOS) using company procedures

Help with device setup such as installing basic software, applying updates, and confirming readiness

Deliver equipment to client sites and assist with basic setup or drop-off coordination

Help maintain an inventory log of equipment and peripherals

Assist with ticket updates and basic data entry in Halo

Document simple processes, checklists, and client notes in Notion

Support the team with routine tasks such as:

Password reset requests (when approved and supervised)

Account setup checklists

Ticket tagging/categorization

Asset record updates

Required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists accurately

Reliable transportation (for occasional equipment deliveries; will include mileage reimbursements)

Basic computer proficiency (Windows preferred; Mac knowledge a plus)

Willingness to learn and take feedback in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Any interest or coursework in IT, Computer Science, or technology

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or basic troubleshooting

Experience with customer service, office support, or IT support

Interest in growing into a help desk or technical role
