Responsibilities
Build and grow your personal database and sphere of influence (SOI)
Conduct buyer, seller, and investor consultations using CAZA’s proven playbooks
Deliver five-star service that turns clients into lifelong advocates
Manage transactions with precision and care using CAZA’s operations systems
Prospect daily using a mix of CAZA-provided leads, referrals, and personal outreach
Master CAZA’s proprietary sales systems, including:
Listing Presentation & System
Buyer Presentation & System
Investor Presentation & System
Premium Cash Offer & Mortgage Partner Programs
Attend all required trainings, Impact Tuesdays, and team events
Operate with accountability, ownership, and professionalism in every interaction
Qualification
