This role is designed for individuals looking to start their career in legal support and involves assisting attorneys with case management, document preparation, and litigation support.

Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case management tasks, including organizing and maintaining case files
Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery documents, and correspondence
Conduct research on medical malpractice laws and regulations
Review and summarize medical records to identify relevant information for cases
Assist in the preparation for depositions and trial
Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions with clients and witnesses
Manage the flow of information and documentation between clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the case
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of legal terminology and procedures, specifically in medical malpractice
Previous internships or coursework related to healthcare is a plus!
