Business Analyst

They are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud solutions across Azure and AWS environments, ensuring security compliance and optimizing cloud performance.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure Gov, Azure Commercial, and AWS GovCloud environments
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, and Ansible
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab for automated infrastructure deployments
Configure and manage cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Zero Trust models
Lead cloud migration initiatives, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and hybrid integration strategies
Ensure security compliance with FedRAMP, STIG, and NIST frameworks across all deployed cloud environments
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), and Helm
Integrate and manage monitoring and logging solutions such as Azure Monitor, Splunk, and CloudWatch
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and network issues across multi-tier environments
Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to optimize cloud cost, performance, and governance
Qualification
Required
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant cloud engineering experience
Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS environments
Expertise with Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices
Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab
Working knowledge of STIG, FedRAMP, and NIST compliance frameworks
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application deployment
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-304) or equivalent certification
Familiarity with AWS CloudFormation, Azure Policy, and Security Center
Experience with hybrid cloud integration, Active Directory, and Azure AD Connect
Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, or Power BI for data analytics solutions
