Latitude Legal is seeking litigation attorneys with extensive complex commercial litigation experience for contract engagements with its in-house and law firm clients. Applicants must have excellent pretrial skills and significant experience preparing legal pleadings, motions, and statements.

Responsibilities

Applicants must have excellent pretrial skills, including case analysis, reviewing and drafting pre-trial motions, conducting discovery, managing outside counsel and negotiating with counter-parties
Experience with any of insurance defense, warranty claims, FCRA, TCPA and / or FDCPA in volume is a plus
Prior experience working at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm or a large legal department is preferred

Required

5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, ability to work with little supervision
Experience in high-volume litigation in any of insurance defense, warranty claims, FRCA, TCPA, and / or FDCPA a plus
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed to practice law and in good standing
Outstanding references

Preferred

Experience with any of insurance defense, warranty claims, FCRA, TCPA and / or FDCPA in volume is a plus
Prior experience working at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm or a large legal department is preferred
Prior experience working at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm or a sophisticated litigation boutique is preferred
