Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth across target industries and accounts
Identify, prospect, and secure new client relationships at the executive and decision-maker level
Leverage the firm’s strong reputation and leadership team to win competitive opportunities
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and consultative selling
Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company profitability goals
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and recommendations to leadership
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive sales/business development experience in staffing or workforce solutions
Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term client partnerships
Strong network of client relationships in Dallas and/or surrounding markets
Consultative sales approach with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an established infrastructure
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
