Responsibilities
Execute color designs and finalize product details, ensuring high-quality execution
Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to achieve marketable solutions
Maintain color calendar, timelines, and deadlines for the category
Develop innovative, retailable color solutions for category-specific lines
Conduct consumer research and apply insights to color solutions
Present and communicate category-specific color direction to relevant groups
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and client tools
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience. Equivalent alternatives may be accepted
Experience in color design for apparel
Strong understanding of color, design, market, and lifestyle trends
Preferred
Experience with Vizcom AI is a plus
Previous experience with large apparel brands is advantageous
