Senior Technical Lead
MRA Recruiting Services is seeking a Senior Technical Lead at Hargrove Association Insights (HAI) to drive the technical evolution and growth of the company. This role involves architecting, building, and evolving technology solutions for data-driven insights in the equipment manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities
Build, Deploy & Maintain Full-Stack: Write high‑quality code across APIs, services, data pipelines, and web apps (Python, C#/ASP.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, SQL). Design secure, scalable integrations
Data Engineering & Architecture: Develop modern ingestion/transform/model workflows (Azure Data Factory, SQL, Lakehouse) and evolve cloud solutions on Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, AAD) with resilient data tiers (SQL, MongoDB Atlas)
Insights, Quality & Governance: Enable trusted analytics (Power BI, Tableau), improve models, enforce data quality, and apply governance (lineage, access controls, compliance) in partnership with the VP
Modernization & Standards: Update and modernize and replace older systems, reduce unnecessary complexity, and standardize how we build. Set a high bar for code quality, security, CI/CD, testing, and observability, and lead by example through reviews and best practices
Reliability & Operations: Elevate uptime, deployment speed, and audit readiness. Instrument systems for performance and cost; own incident triage for complex issues
Collaborate & Mentor: Translate strategy into deliverables with the VP. Coach engineers/analysts and lead cross‑functional technical work with product, production, and research
Qualification
Required
8–10 years in technical roles, including 3+ years in technical leadership
Fluent in multiple programming languages (C#/ASP.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, React/Next.js, Python)
Hands-on experience with cloud and on-prem platforms (Fabric, Azure, SQL, MongoDB Atlas, SSIS, Data Lakehouse)
Ability to architect, build, and maintain everything from APIs and backend services to front-end applications and data pipelines
Experience in refactoring or replacing legacy systems and driving modernization
High standards for code quality, reliability, and security
Mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Driving uptime, deployment speed, and audit readiness
Skilled at troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ensuring systems run smoothly
Thriving in strategic collaboration with leaders, translating vision into technical execution
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
