Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues
Observe and report any irregularities, such as suspicious individuals, property damage, or hazards within the location
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as required
Document all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines
Remain alert to surroundings and support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff
Qualification
Required
Candidate is Required to be 21+ Years Old
Must Have High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least one year of security-related experience is required
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
