Responsibilities
Lead masonry projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget requirements are met
Prepare accurate project budgets using historical cost data and current market conditions
Conduct regular site visits to active and upcoming projects to confirm proper field execution and maintain full project visibility
Maintain working knowledge of local material pricing, labor rates, and equipment costs
Monitor and manage all labor resources, including internal crews and subcontractors
Track progress and verify completed work to ensure timely delivery of required project milestones and documentation
Develop and mentor team members to support professional growth and operational excellence
Serve as the primary on-site representative, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and project requirements
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each project
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience with a strong estimating background, including 2+ years as an Assistant Estimator
Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting or exceeding goals with minimal supervision
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to professional excellence
Ability to work from the office and/or job sites as required
Successful completion of a criminal background check
Willingness to sign a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement (not a non-compete)
Preferred
MBA is a plus
Experience with a commercial masonry subcontractor or general contractor
Background in marketing, sales, or client relationship development is a plus
