Student Help Desk Support Asstistant
Concordia University-St. Paul is seeking a Student Help Desk Support Assistant who serves as the first point of contact for all technology questions and concerns. The role involves providing technical support, informing users about products and services, and ensuring satisfactory service through follow-ups and escalations.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to CSP users by answering emails, phone calls, and in person inquiries in a timely manner
Inform CSP users of products and services offered by CSP
Follow up with users to ensure satisfactory service
Direct escalated issues to the appropriate teams via ticketing system
Participate in team building activities with fellow staff members and student employees
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Patient, friendly demeanor with a great aptitude for listening
Passion for problem solving and customer service
Team-oriented mindset with an openness to construct
IT Troubleshooting experience
Be enrolled and registered as a CSP student (PSEO students are not eligible)
Have a United States social security number
Have proper identification as determined by Form I-9
Be in good standing with CSP academic requirements and student accounts
Must have declared a major at CSP
For summer employment, priority will be given to the student employees who are enrolled and registered in summer courses
