Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the OTP
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate program staff
Manage program budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with licensing and funding regulations
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive program growth and align services with agency mission
Foster a positive, recovery-focused environment for clients and staff
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years' experience in substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health administration
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Commitment to client empowerment, human rights, and community integration
Preferred
Experience managing substance use services in an OTP program
