Responsibilities

Deliver remote and onsite engagements related to:

Project Server Subscription Edition (on‑prem) architecture, configuration, migration, troubleshooting, and optimization

MS Planner (including Planner Premium & Accelerator), focusing on adoption, governance, integrations, and best practices

Provide assessments, health checks, configuration reviews, and workload‑specific workshops

Drive customer enablement around Project Server capabilities: PWA, portfolio management, timesheets, task management, reporting, and integration dependencies

Assist organizations in transitioning from legacy solutions such as Project Online to modern alternatives (Planner, Project for the Web, etc.)

Produce delivery artifacts (runbooks, findings reports, remediation plans)

Diagnose issues across:

Queue service, farm configuration, SQL backend, PWA components

Permissions models, security trimming, workflow/automation failures

Task synchronization, scheduling inconsistencies, Planner integration issues

Recommend improvements based on MS best practices

Deliver with a high standard of excellence and customer satisfaction, aligned to CSA Global Delivery CPE expectations

Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required

5–10+ years in customer-facing engineering, consulting, or related roles

Project Server Subscription Edition: Farm setup, configuration, updates, patching

PWA configuration, enterprise calendars, custom fields, views

Portfolio analysis, resource management, timesheet features

Project publishing lifecycle

MS Planner: Planner Premium / Accelerator

Governance and lifecycle management

Task roll-ups, labels, notifications, integrations with Teams/M365 Groups

Ability to position Planner as a viable alternative to Project Server / Project Online / Project for the Web

Product Integration Knowledge: SharePoint (Project Server relies on it)

Power Platform for reporting/workflows (Power BI, Power Automate connectors)

Identity / AAD / M365 Groups integration patterns

Security and compliance within M365

Customer-facing consulting experience

Strong documentation and communication capabilities

Ability to run workshops, troubleshooting sessions, and enablement engagements

Preferred

Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector customers is a plus
