Responsibilities

Provide regular updates on project status, changes, and milestones
Allocate labor, materials, and resources to meet project deadlines
Write change orders and manage submittals and closeout documentation
Review and interpret plumbing blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work
Schedule work teams to ensure deadlines are met
Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
Compile submittal packages for trade contractors and handle AIA invoicing

Required

10 years of experience as a Plumbing Project Manager, Plumbing Job Superintendent, or Foreman
Familiarity with AIA invoicing and the ability to compile submittal packages for trade contractors
Previous hands-on experience in the plumbing industry is a plus
Strong ability to review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work
Experience scheduling crews and coordinating work to meet project timelines
Experience allocating labor, materials, and resources to meet deadlines
Ability to write change orders and manage submittals and closeout documentation
Ability to provide regular project updates and manage changes and milestones
Proven experience managing relationships with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
Native or fluent English speaker
Strong computing proficiency, including email and the MS Office suite
Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
