The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow and Organizational Change Management, along with proven project management experience.

Responsibilities
Lead change management initiatives for enterprise applications and process adoption
Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and business readiness
Drive project execution (not just status tracking)
Leverage MS365 (including AI tools like Copilot) for change communication and adoption
Use Excel (Vlookup/Xlookup, Pivot tables, charts, Boolean logic) for data analysis and reporting
Qualification
Required
Strong OCM experience with enterprise application adoption
Project management leadership experience
Advanced skills in MS365 and Excel data visualization
Preferred
ServiceNow experience (implementation preferred, but non-implementation considered)
