Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial statements for the various business lines
Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
Updating financial records via accounting software
Maintaining accounts payable, ensure the timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets
Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2-5 years within corporate accounting setting
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and accounting software
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to be a team player
Preferred
Previous experience in an accounting or financial role
