Responsibilities
The research study focuses on the characterization of a novel TGFB-related axis driving cholangiocarcinoma growth. The main aspects of the research include: i) the generation of gene delivery-based mouse models; ii) molecular and immunophenotypic analyses of murine tumors; iii) generation and maintenance of ex-vivo cultures; and iv) in vitro and in vivo drug screenings
The main aspects of the research include: i) the generation of gene delivery-based mouse models; ii) molecular and immunophenotypic analyses of murine tumors; iii) generation and maintenance of organoid cultures; and iv) in vitro and in vivo drug screenings. The responsibilities include generation of the mouse models above mentioned, characterization of resulting tumors and establishment of organoids for drug screening. In addition, data analysis and results interpretation are expected
Qualification
Required
PhD in cancer biology or related field
experience with animal work (at least 1 year)
