Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring objectives are met across scope, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction

Serve as the primary client contact, facilitating reviews, resolving challenges, and ensuring consistent results

Translate strategy into execution by setting KPIs, managing scorecards, and driving team accountability

Partner with business development on proposals, contracts, and new growth opportunities

Streamline processes, identify efficiencies, and implement best practices that enhance impact and scalability

Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes

Required

Strong background in strategic planning, client delivery, and business development

Proven ability to use data, metrics, and financial insights to drive decision-making

Exceptional communicator who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Bachelor's degree required
