Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve Cisco’s manufacturing quality program, aligning strategy with corporate and customer expectations
Oversee manufacturing partners and vendors through audits, performance management, and robust corrective-action execution
Drive root-cause investigations, FMEA utilization, and systemic corrective actions to prevent recurring issues and quality escapes
Ensure manufacturing line readiness and quality for NPIs, site transitions, and ongoing operations while governing QMS processes
Partner across engineering and operations to integrate quality insights into product design, deploy best practices, and enhance factory monitoring through advanced data and analytics

Required

Lead analysis of customer returns and drive root-cause investigations to improve product quality across the lifecycle
Apply statistical methods, engineering tools, and structured problem-solving to ensure products and processes meet quality standards
Partner with cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare and present clear technical reports, data summaries, and quality insights to stakeholders
Role requires up to 25% international travel to supplier and manufacturing partner sites; prior experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners is required
