Private Equity Supervisor – Fund Administration
Oliver James is seeking a Private Equity Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality fund administration for private equity funds. This role involves overseeing daily fund operations and supervising a small team while ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily fund operations including capital activity, NAVs, financial statements, fee calculations, waterfalls, and IRR reporting
Supervise and develop a small team
Support audits and client onboarding
Act as a technical escalation point
Drive process improvements while maintaining strong client relationships
Qualification
Required
3 to 6 years of experience within financial services, ideally in fund administration, audit, or investment management
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or Mathematics
Progress toward a professional accounting qualification such as CPA
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn proprietary systems
Solid understanding of NAV preparation, capital activity, fee calculations, and financial reporting
Experience with waterfall models and performance reporting including IRR
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Confident supervising and mentoring junior team members
Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred
Exposure to private equity is preferred but not essential
Hedge fund experience is advantageous
