Integrate is a Seattle-based company building program management software for the world’s most ambitious machines. They are seeking an IT & Security Manager to lead their IT and cybersecurity efforts, ensuring compliance and security measures are effectively implemented across the organization.

Responsibilities

Own the company’s IT, cybersecurity, and compliance roadmap

Stand up internal IT operations and policies for a growing, distributed team

Lead vendor selection, system integration, and audits across environments

Drive government compliance initiatives (FedRAMP, CMMC, SOC-II, etc.)

Manage relationships with government security officers and primes for DD254/FCL requirements

Respond to and prepare for security questionnaires, audits, and investor diligence

Evaluate risks and implement pragmatic security solutions that balance speed with compliance

Act as both an individual contributor (hands on keyboard) and a strategic leader

Required

7+ years in IT/Security, with direct experience in government/defense environments

Proven knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, and ATO processes

Familiarity with DD254, FCL, and classified environment security requirements

Experience scaling IT/security in small or early-stage startups - comfortable being scrappy

Strong technical background in networking, cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, AWS, GovCloud, IL4/IL6), endpoint management, and security tooling

Excellent communicator who can brief both engineers and leadership

US person status (including US citizens, U.S. permanent residents, individuals granted U.S. asylum status, or individuals admitted in U.S. refugee status) is a required qualification for this position
