Senior Sales Manager - Entertainment
EOS Hospitality aims to blend the authenticity of the Williamsburg neighborhood with a forward-thinking approach to the hospitality experience. The Senior Sales Manager – Entertainment will focus on building relationships within the Entertainment Industry to secure business and enhance guest satisfaction, while also managing key accounts and coordinating sales efforts with the team.

Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Manager – Entertainment is responsible for attaining assigned goals tied to the hotel's overall performance. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts and entertainment group business
Solicit, engage, and develop relationships with people in the Entertainment Industry to secure business and groups in alignment with the property's commercial strategies
Works collaboratively with the sales team to ensure sales efforts are coordinated and not duplicated
Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include but are not limited to sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, tradeshows, etc
Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities
Entertain clients and hotel guests on the property as directed by the Director of Sales and General Manager
Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Participates in sales calls, phone solicitation/prospecting, and market analyses to acquire new business and/or close on business
Executes and supports operational aspects of business booked (i.e generating proposals, writing contracts, and customer correspondence)
Identifies new business opportunities to achieve personal and sales organization goals
Understands the overall market competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, and competitor positioning to shift market share and optimize business profitability
Establish themselves as subject matter experts; serve the customer by understanding their business, business issues, and concerns to offer better business solutions
Supports the company’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
Provides excellent customer service consistent with the daily service of the company
Set a positive example for guests
Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
Works collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing team to promote initiatives
Submit weekly activity reports
Log activities, contacts, and communication in Delphi FDC
Initiate sales agreements on the company’s behalf, in alignment with property standards
Initiate individual resumes as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience by communicating critical information to internal department stakeholders
Qualification
Required
A complete understanding of forecasting, selling, and dynamics of the Brooklyn and greater Manhattan Market and competitive set
Highly motivated individual who can work independently
Ability to handle confidential information discretely and in the proper manner
Self-starter, and possess excellent presentation skills
Proven track record of successful sales history
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel environment
A 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or a related major is preferred
