Oversee AR claims to ensure timely and accurate billing

Manage and track financial data using available tools

Analyse denied claims to identify root causes and trends

Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce denials

Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies

Develop and maintain documentation for all financial processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations

Train and mentor junior staff on AR and denial processing procedures

Review provider manuals, coding/billing guidelines, and payer policies

Apply strong analytical skills to resolve claim-level and payer discrepancies

Exhibit excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions

Manage multiple tasks effectively with strong organizational abilities

Proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities
