Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols
Assist with visitor management, including logging visitors and issuing badges as required
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors, addressing inquiries and requests as appropriate
Support emergency response activities as needed, including alerting appropriate personnel and following emergency protocols
Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk

Required
Candidate is Required to be 21+ Years Old
Must Have High School Diploma or Equivalent
Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED
Must be at least 21 years of age
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
