Investigate, analyze, and resolve auto insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company guidelines

Review insurance policies, gather statements and evidence, negotiate settlements, and maintain detailed documentation

Provide excellent customer service to policyholders while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Required

Proficiency in claims investigation, negotiation, and resolution, with attention to accuracy and detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to assessing coverage, liability, and damages

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with policyholders, agents, and legal representatives

Familiarity with insurance regulations and guidelines, as well as relevant claim-handling software

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in claims adjusting

State adjuster license or willingness to obtain one, as required

Preferred

Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with commercial auto insurance is preferred
