The Golf Shop Clerk will assist with all general services in the Golf Pro Shop, including managing tee time bookings, checking in daily play, and providing excellent customer service to members and guests.

Provides assistance for members and guests in the Pro Shop
Facilitates all telephone traffic
Books tee times
Books lessons for professionals as needed
Check-ins daily play
Assists in all opening and closing duties of the shop
Communicates with members, co-workers, management and the general public in a courteous and professional manner
Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions
Exhibits and maintains a professional demeanor to reflect a positive image of The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club
Performs other duties as assigned by the First Assistant Golf Professional and Golf Shop Manager
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with staff
Must have a valid Florida Driver's License
Customer service skills
Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, co-workers, members, and guests
Ability to carry out verbal and written instructions
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Publisher, and Excel
Lifting of boxes
