Required

Expertise in Packaging Engineering and Packaging Design to create innovative and functional packaging solutions

Experience in Research and Development (R&D) to conceptualize, test, and improve packaging systems

Strong Project Management skills to oversee multiple packaging initiatives effectively

Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and their application to packaging processes

Attention to detail with knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required

Preferred

a Master's degree is a plus

Experience in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment is highly desirable
