Lead design and documentation of enterprise security architecture
Map NIST 800.53 controls to security tools and processes
Collaborate across teams to evaluate security posture and design enhancements
Maintain and update enterprise security standards and threat models
Assess new tools and guide security-related architectural decisions
Mentor architects and stakeholders in best practices
Participate in security audits and compliance initiatives
Qualification
Required
8+ years in cybersecurity and enterprise IT architecture
Deep experience with NIST 800.53, CSF, and secure configurations in regulated environments
Strong background in Okta, AWS, Azure, Jira, Confluence
Enterprise stakeholder collaboration and C-level communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
Preferred
CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security, SC-100 certifications
Experience with Zero Trust, DevSecOps, IaC security
Exposure to Elastic, ServiceNow, Generative AI (security context)
