Responsibilities
Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis
Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting
Perform balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
Assist with audit support and documentation requests
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting
Participate in process improvement initiatives as the organization continues to scale
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of accounting experience, either in public accounting or industry
Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
Solid Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility over time
