Design and manage land development projects, including site grading, drainage, and utility layouts
Prepare construction plans, technical reports, and permit applications
Ensure projects meet zoning, environmental, and stormwater management regulations
Collaborate with clients, surveyors, architects, and contractors to develop site plans
Utilize Civil 3D and other engineering software for design and analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
EIT certification required; PE license preferred
2+ years of experience in land development engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology software
Strong understanding of local, state, and federal development regulations
