New Grad, Entry LevelRetlif Testing Laboratories is looking to hire a full-time Associate Test Engineer to join their Harleysville, PA laboratory. This role involves overseeing technical staff, conducting tests, and supporting sales efforts to ensure compliance for clients in various industries.

Responsibilities
Oversee and mentor other technical staff members who are the technical interface with our customers
Serve as a technical resource during the performance of contracted testing as well as during our initial sales efforts
Involved with the pre-test engineering reviews
Test sample preparation, setup, execution of the tests, and the documentation of test results
Regularly interact directly with customers
Apply appropriate test standards and provide time and cost estimates
Provide support to the sales team
Support Engineering in the development of new service offerings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent training
Excellent knowledge about measurement equipment, such as digital multimeters (DMMs), Oscilloscopes, and Spectrum Analyzers
Excellent computer skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, lift, and twist
Background that would permit the U.S. Dept. of Defense (DoD) to issue a Secret Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship
