Required
1+ years of experience in commercial lending, commercial real estate finance transactions, and/or loan workouts
Ideally experience in both commercial lending and commercial real estate finance transactions
The firm will consider candidates with strong transactional backgrounds outside of the real estate space
Excellent written & oral advocacy skills
JD & active license in NC
Preferred
SC state bar is a plus!
