Responsibilities
Ensure projects are aligned with corporate strategy and business goals
Translate strategic projects into actionable project plans
Evaluate project proposals for strategic fit and feasibility
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively
Track project progress using KPIs and dashboards
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Provide regular updates to executives and sponsors
Communicate with senior leadership and key stakeholders (Brazil, LA, BSAM, BSJ)
Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder needs are met
Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts
Communicate forecast changes and implications to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or its equivalent with project management related discipline (PMP preferred)
Advanced English
Proficiency in project management tools; strong analytical and financial modeling and familiarity with strategic frameworks (e.g., OKRs, Balanced Scorecard)
Preferred
Spanish would have added advantage
